Marketing Manager – Digital, CRM & SaaS (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our digital, CRM and SaaS initiatives. Based in Tunbridge Wells with a hybrid working model, you will help scale our in‑house marketing function and drive revenue growth for a long‑standing B2B client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Create compelling content and manage email marketing programmes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design targeted B2B campaigns.
• Plan and deliver event marketing activities.
• Maintain and optimise CRM and marketing automation workflows.
• Analyse performance data to maximise ROI and support sales expansion.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in B2B digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and grow with the role.

What we offer
