Marketing Manager – Energy Advice Services

About the role

The Marketing Manager will drive awareness and referrals for CSE’s free energy‑advice services, targeting both B2B partners and the public. Working in a creative, fast‑moving environment, you will shape campaigns that help households reduce bills and stay warm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sustained marketing plan covering B2B referrer engagement and B2C public outreach.
• Collaborate with Household Energy Services project managers to set objectives, track targets and report performance.
• Research and map the professional referrer landscape, building a segmented database and re‑engaging lapsed partners.
• Create messaging and materials that enable referrers to promote CSE’s advice confidently.
• Deliver public‑facing campaigns across print, community and digital channels, including outreach to digitally excluded audiences.
• Work with the Digital Communications Manager on Google Ads, website content and email campaigns.
• Produce print‑ready assets independently using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Own marketing measurement, using data to inform decisions and justify investment.

Required profile

• Ability to build strong relationships with professional and community organisations.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, creative environment where ideas are quickly acted on.
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans for both B2B and B2C audiences.
