Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

Join Cotswold Outdoor’s head office team in Swindon as a Marketing Manager, driving integrated campaigns that bring the brand to life across retail, digital, social, CRM and paid channels. You’ll be responsible for delivering seasonal activities, product launches and brand initiatives that inspire customers to get outdoors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activities and product launches across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activity with customer, brand and commercial priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and brand metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Line‑manage and support the development of Marketing Executive(s).

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience, ideally within a premium retail, lifestyle or consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong track record of planning and delivering integrated campaigns and media plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with agencies.
• Commercially minded with budget management experience and data‑driven decision making.
