Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Align marketing activities with internal teams to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor, report and provide insights on campaign performance.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the business services industry and its trends.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
