Marketing Manager – Lead Strategy & Digital Channels

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and deliver Ruby Energy’s marketing and communications strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and external agencies, you will strengthen our brand, manage our digital channels and drive campaigns that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Create and oversee marketing content across digital, print and internal communication channels.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Build relationships with media, customers, stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
• Plan, manage and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Manage the marketing budget and identify opportunities to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or PR role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactive, creative and detail‑oriented with commercial awareness.
