Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland

About the role

Franke Coffee Systems UK Ltd. is looking for a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to own and execute the UK & Ireland marketing agenda. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment with real autonomy and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing plan aligned with business and brand strategy.
• Lead a full‑mix remit covering brand, communications, PR, trade and customer marketing, product launches, campaigns, events and digital paid media.
• Manage and develop two direct reports, fostering a collaborative high‑performing team.
• Build and optimise marketing processes, structure and reporting mechanisms.
• Own the marketing budget, including operational spend and occasional capital investment.
• Oversee agency relationships from briefing through performance and cost control.
• Utilise Salesforce for campaign delivery, lead tracking and sales alignment.
• Measure performance against KPIs and continuously optimise activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360° marketing role.
• Background in food & beverage, FMCG or a high‑growth startup.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, change‑led environments.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Strong exposure to digital marketing and paid media.
• Experience managing people or a desire to develop leadership capability.
