Marketing Officer – Creative Campaigns & Admissions

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Officer to join a prestigious independent educational organisation in Bath. You will help shape the journey of prospective families from first enquiry through to enrolment by delivering engaging digital campaigns, content and admissions events.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling content for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update website content to keep information fresh.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and event collateral.
• Produce social‑media content showcasing achievements, events and daily life.
• Support planning and delivery of open days, admissions events and promotional activities.
• Assist with admissions communications to ensure an outstanding customer journey.
• Produce visual displays and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns to deadline, building positive relationships with colleagues, families, students and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience in marketing, communications, admissions or a customer‑focused role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of email marketing software.
• Ability to work with website content management systems.
