Marketing & Sales Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven marketing professional to own and optimise our marketing and sales automation ecosystem. In this pivotal role you will bridge marketing, sales and technology to drive revenue growth and improve the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, workflows and lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Design, launch and monitor multi‑channel campaigns and customer journeys to boost engagement and conversion.
• Implement and maintain lead‑scoring models, segmentation strategies and ensure high‑quality CRM data.
• Support sales automation processes, lead routing, qualification and lifecycle management.
• Align marketing and sales metrics, identify automation opportunities and enhance pipeline visibility.
• Create dashboards, performance reports and attribution models to measure ROI.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to provide actionable, data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for marketing automation and revenue growth.
• Experience working closely with both marketing and sales teams.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical improvements.
