Marketing Specialist / Coordinator (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist / Coordinator to join a leading diagnostic solutions and medical equipment provider in Milton Keynes on a three‑month contract, with the potential to become permanent. You will support the delivery of all marketing activities for specific projects, working closely with the permanent Marketing Specialist and the Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and manage company events and trade exhibitions, including the annual customer user symposium.
• Develop and execute PR activities – research opportunities, create copy and manage distribution.
• Design and launch scientific marketing campaigns.
• Create and implement an effective social media strategy for the business.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, designers and printers to produce marketing collateral.
• Ensure website content reflects brand positioning and supports sales and business development.
• Produce and maintain documentation for training, installation, SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Update CRM software and generate reports to assess team efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a B2B marketing or marketing support role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and media campaigns.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Degree‑level education in marketing (desirable).
• Knowledge of IVD (in‑vitro diagnostics) marketing (desirable).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM software proficiency.
