Master HGV & Van Technician – Commercial Vehicle Specialist

About the role

Join a well‑established commercial vehicle dealership as a Master HGV & Van Technician. You will deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair solutions for a range of trucks and vans, applying advanced diagnostics and ensuring work meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial vehicles in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Carry out complex fault‑finding and ensure first‑time fixes.
• Maintain and update workshop diagnostic equipment.
• Prepare warranty and manufacturer documentation.
• Promote outstanding repair quality across the workshop.
• Mentor and support technicians and apprentices.
• Identify training needs and recommend technical support.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Master Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician or similar.
• Manufacturer‑accredited Master Technician qualification (proof required).
• Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Technician.
• Understanding of the truck and van industry.
