Master Production Scheduler

About the role

The Master Production Scheduler will join the Programme Planning community at Airbus Broughton (near Chester) to drive the planning of wing manufacture for all Airbus commercial aircraft. The role ensures the plant has the capacity and capability to meet delivery dates by maintaining the long‑term Master Production Schedule and generating tactical build plans.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain the long‑term Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products at the Broughton plant.
• Generate scheduling of parts and materials required for production based on the MPS.
• Develop tactical build plans to optimise production flow.
• Provide manufacturing build schedules, resource plans and production build reporting to the Operations team.
• Conduct scenario analysis to support senior management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Eligibility to obtain UK SC Security Clearance.
• Full‑time availability for a 35‑hour week with flexible working.
• Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
