Master Technician – Advanced Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Master Technician to join our service team at Kia Newtownabbey. The role focuses on advanced vehicle diagnostics, technical leadership and delivering right‑first‑time fixes in a full‑time, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle faults to a high standard.
• Provide technical expertise and mentor other technicians within the workshop.
• Prepare and quality‑control new and used prestige vehicles ready for sale.
• Support the maintenance of the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of qualified experience, preferably with a premium brand.
• Previous role as a Master Technician or equivalent senior position.
• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or similar qualification.
• Current clean full driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced vehicle diagnostic tools and equipment.
• In‑depth mechanical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic software and hardware.
