Master Technician

About the role

Stellantis &You is seeking a Master Technician to join its Coventry dealership. You will become a key member of the workshop team, delivering high‑quality vehicle repairs and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles across Stellantis brands.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, sharing best practices.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness and compliance with MOT regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with parts and service advisors to optimise workflow.

Required profile

• Fully MOT‑qualified technician.
• Accredited experience with Stellantis vehicles or similar automotive brands.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality workmanship in a dealership environment.
