About the role

We are seeking a Master Vehicle Technician to join a leading main‑dealer group in Chelmsford. You will work in a modern, fully‑equipped workshop, delivering high‑quality repairs and diagnostics while benefiting from ongoing training and a competitive salary package.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Utilise state‑of‑the‑art workshop equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain workshop standards and ensure all work meets the group’s quality criteria.
• Support junior technicians and share knowledge to foster team development.

Required profile

• Current accredited Master/Diagnostic/Senior Technician status.
• Experience working for a main dealer.
• Own a full set of professional tools.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics.
• Advanced automotive repair techniques.
• Operation of diagnostic equipment.
• MOT testing (desirable).
