Matchday Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Matchday Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns that bring football fixtures, concerts and major stadium events to life for fans and visitors in Manchester. The role will drive attendance, engagement and commercial performance across tickets, hospitality, memberships, experiences and food & beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns for matchdays, concerts and other stadium events.
• Support marketing activities for tickets, premium hospitality, memberships, matchday experiences, activations and food & beverage.
• Manage campaign execution across digital, CRM, social, web and paid‑media channels, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with CRM, Content, Social Media, Digital, Data & Insights, Commercial, Product, Operations and external partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights and recommend improvements to optimise fan engagement and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns in sport, entertainment, hospitality or live‑event environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate integrated campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
