Matchday Sales, Disability Support & Liaison Roles (16+ / 18+)

About the role

West Ham United FC is recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and customer‑focused individuals to join its matchday teams at the London Stadium. Roles include Matchday Sales Assistant (16+), Disability Support Assistant (18+) and Supporter Liaison Officer (18+). You will help deliver a safe, inclusive and enjoyable experience for all supporters on matchdays.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage supporters in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate tills, process transactions accurately and support stock replenishment.
• Assist with shirt printing, product personalisation and maintain store presentation.
• Provide a visible presence inside and outside the stadium, helping supporters with accessible needs from entry to departure.
• Support queries, concerns and feedback, acting as an advocate for inclusion.
• Work closely with stewards, stadium operations and colleagues during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and customer‑oriented.
• Age 16+ for sales role, 18+ for disability support and liaison roles.
• Willingness to work on matchdays and follow safer recruitment processes, including DBS where applicable.
• Under‑18 staff must be escorted to Stratford Station after shifts and confirm safe arrival home.
