Maths Teacher – Flexible & Permanent Roles in Milton Keynes

About the role

We are partnering with a range of welcoming schools in Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard to find enthusiastic Maths Teachers for permanent, long‑term and flexible supply positions. The role suits candidates seeking full‑time, part‑time or adaptable working patterns across KS3, KS4 and KS5.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners of all abilities.
• Assess, track and report on student progress.
• Create a positive, well‑managed learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (early‑career teachers are welcome).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for inspiring and supporting young people.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
