Maths Teacher – Secondary School (Full-time)

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in South Buckinghamshire from September 2026. The school is rated “Good” and offers a supportive environment for both students and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality mathematics lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils (and potentially Key Stage 5).
- Plan, prepare and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
- Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement within the department.
Required profile
- Qualified Maths Teacher (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
- Proactive, positive attitude to teaching and learning.
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4; KS5 experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
