About the role
Hays Education is partnering with a forward‑thinking academy in Blackpool to recruit a passionate Maths Teacher for a September 2026 start. The school offers a supportive environment and excellent transport links, making it an ideal place to help students achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all abilities.
- Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive achievement and attainment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for inspiring young people and promoting a love of learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
