About the role

We are building a supply teacher bank for Abbey Multi Academy Trust schools in Leeds. The role offers flexible, short‑term or long‑term assignments to cover secondary maths classes across multiple academies.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality supply cover for maths lessons in secondary schools.
Adapt and deliver lesson plans prepared by the regular teacher.
Maintain classroom discipline and follow each school's policies.
Record attendance and progress as required.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS).
Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
Proactive, reliable and positive attitude.
Current knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
