M&E BIM Co-ordinator

About the role

The M&E BIM Co-ordinator will join BAM UK & Ireland’s Northern Construction team in Leeds, focusing on Stage 5 and Stage 6 delivery of building services projects. You will ensure that mechanical and electrical models are fully coordinated, buildable, and aligned with site delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP models up to RIBA Stage 6, taking ownership of construction and handover phases.
• Develop installation‑ready models and transition design intent into construction‑ready information.
• Lead clash detection, issue tracking and resolution using Navisworks and BIM360.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to resolve clashes and keep programmes on track.
• Maintain and update Revit MEP families, content libraries and master templates.
• Support digital handover by producing accurate as‑built models and asset data.

Required profile

• Experience in the building services industry.
• Proven track record as an M&E BIM Coordinator on live construction projects, especially at RIBA Stage 5‑6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and installation constraints.
