M&E Quantity Surveyor – Cost Management (Cambridge/East Anglia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading building‑services contractor operating across East Anglia. You will provide full cost‑management services on a variety of projects, including education, residential, commercial and healthcare developments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑contract estimating and cost planning for M&E works.
• Manage procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
• Administer contracts, monitor costs and produce regular cost reports.
• Resolve final accounts and ensure accurate financial close‑out.
• Collaborate with project teams to support delivery and value engineering.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional with proven M&E experience in building services.
• Degree (BSc or MSc) in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or a related construction discipline.
• Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
