M&E Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects

About the role

A leading international contractor is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe. You will be involved in the full commercial lifecycle of mechanical and electrical packages, from procurement to final account.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial delivery of large‑scale M&E packages.
• Manage subcontractors, valuations and project costs.
• Handle variations, payments and final accounts.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and site teams.
• Assist with procurement activities and commercial reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience on construction or MEP projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
