M&E Supervisor / Site Manager – UK Wide

About the role

We are looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor / Site Manager to lead commercial projects across the UK. You will manage sites ranging from £200K to £5 million, working closely with engineers and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality mechanical and electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage works on site.
• Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain daily site diaries and photographic records using Site Audit Pro.
• Interpret and implement mechanical and electrical designs.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage site labour, subcontractors, materials and hire equipment.
• Coordinate commissioning and testing dates.
• Produce accurate as‑fitted documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ on‑site supervisory experience.
• Proven track record managing commercial projects of £200K +.
• Background in mechanical or electrical disciplines, with relevant qualifications.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work out‑of‑hours when required.
