Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team, delivering high‑quality mechanical building services design across public and private sector projects in the North West of England.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mechanical design on a variety of construction projects.
• Provide expert mechanical building services advice to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Coordinate design efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Drive BIM adoption, innovation and sustainable design solutions.
• Manage costs, risks and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) and membership of CIBSE or IET.
• Strong experience in mechanical building services on both public and private sector projects.
• Excellent technical, communication and quality‑assurance capabilities.
