Mechanical Engineer – Sales of Pressure Vessels

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong sales focus to promote our pressure‑vessel and related industrial products across the UK and EU. You will work within a respected engineering consultancy that has been delivering high‑quality bespoke solutions for over 50 years.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
• Prepare technical specifications, proposals and quotations for pressure vessels, fuel tanks, refining kettles and other equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Review customer requirements and technical drawings to ensure feasibility.
• Develop repeat business and expand existing client accounts.

Required profile

• Background in manufacturing, fabrication or mechanical engineering.
• Practical experience selling machinery or industrial equipment.
• Technical knowledge of pressure vessels, fuel tanks, refining kettles and stainless‑steel or carbon industrial equipment.
• Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
