About the role
We are seeking a quality‑focused Mechanical Fitter to join a family‑run hydraulic specialist. The position is workshop‑based in Radstock and offers full technical training on bespoke hydraulic systems, with a clear path for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Fit and assemble bespoke mechanical and hydraulic components once fully trained.
- Work primarily in the workshop, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm, with occasional field travel.
- Support product development by becoming a go‑to expert on assigned systems.
Required profile
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, assembly, fitting, service or repair.
- Motivated to develop expertise in hydraulic technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.

What we offer
- Salary £35,000‑£42,000 per year
