Mechanical Fitter – £35k‑£40k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter with ducting experience to join a fast‑growing company that designs and manufactures bespoke ventilation equipment. The position is field‑based, Monday‑to‑Friday, and offers full on‑the‑job training, clear progression routes and a balanced work‑life schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Fit a variety of bespoke mechanical and ventilation equipment on customer sites within a local patch.
• Carry out installations, adjustments and minor repairs in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure installations meet specification.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter, specifically with ducting systems.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Aylesbury.
• Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
