About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Blackpool. You will be responsible for keeping a variety of complex machinery operating safely and reliably through hands‑on maintenance work.
Key responsibilities
- Perform fault finding and corrective repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled engineering team.
- Operate safely at height and in dynamic work environments.
Required profile
- Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification or apprenticeship training.
- Relevant industrial experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
- Full legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to work at heights.
Required skills
- Strong mechanical fault‑finding ability.
- Experience with hydraulic systems.
- Experience with pneumatic systems.
