About the role
Join a prestigious commercial office space in Central London as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, working Monday‑Friday on‑site to ensure reliable building services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC, plumbing and other building services.
- Maintain and service pumps, motors and associated mechanical plant.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
- Ensure health and safety compliance on all maintenance activities.
- Liaise with on‑site staff and external contractors.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in high‑end commercial mechanical maintenance.
- Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
