Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Office Building

About the role
Join a prestigious commercial office building in East London as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. You will work on‑site, Monday to Friday, delivering reliable plant services and supporting the building’s operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and other building services.
- Maintain and service pumps, motors and associated mechanical plant.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure rapid resolution.
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance on all activities.
- Liaise with contractors, providing assistance and coordination on‑site.
Required profile
- Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
