Mechanical Supervisor – Data Centre (CAT B) – High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor (CAT B) to lead a front‑of‑house data centre installation in High Wycombe. The project starts on 10 August and involves installing fan‑coil units, routing copper pipework to toilet areas and handling basic drainage works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the mechanical installation team to ensure the programme stays on schedule.
• Coordinate the delivery and fitting of steel‑framed fan‑coil units and associated pipework.
• Oversee copper press work and drainage connections throughout the site.
• Maintain health‑and‑safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Report progress and any issues to the project manager daily.

Required profile

• Valid Gold Supervisor’s Card.
• Current SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Proven experience on commercial mechanical pipework installation projects.
• Ability to work quickly and maintain quality on a fast‑track schedule.
