Mechatronics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to join the technical development team of a global technology company. The role focuses on designing mechanical components and small assemblies for industrial applications, with a strong emphasis on electric actuator development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Create detailed 3D models and drawings for small mechanisms and actuators.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate electronic and motion‑control elements.
• Ensure designs comply with manufacturing standards and production processes.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.
• Industrial experience designing small components or assemblies for industrial use.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic engineering principles.
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
• Exposure to electrical motion control or actuators is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• SolidWorks CAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards and processes.
