Media & Entertainment Lawyer – Senior Associate/Partner

About the role

The firm is seeking a Media & Entertainment Lawyer to join its national practice at a senior associate, legal director or partner level. You will work with a diverse client base across film, television, music, digital content and related sectors, helping shape and grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise producers, production companies, actors, presenters, influencers and studios on commercial contracts and production agreements.
• Handle intellectual property, licensing, financing and regulatory matters for media projects.
• Provide employment law guidance and manage dispute resolution for entertainment clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, driving business development and practice growth.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Media & Entertainment team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in media and entertainment law.
• Proven track record of advising on commercial, IP and regulatory issues within the sector.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to generate new business.
• Ambition to become a recognised specialist or progress towards partnership.
