Medical Copywriter – Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Medical Copywriter to join its London team. You will combine scientific insight with creative storytelling to produce compelling, compliant communications for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, commercially‑focused documents for diverse audiences while adhering to the ABPI code and internal quality controls.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to align copy with brand objectives and campaign insights.
• Research and synthesize scientific data from credible sources to inform messaging and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to proposal development, pitch activities, and brainstorming sessions, sharing therapy‑area knowledge.
• Own project timelines, proactively identify and resolve potential barriers, and ensure delivery against deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing medical or pharmaceutical copy for HCPs and patient audiences.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (ABPI) and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, audience‑centric language.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
