Medical Sales Representative – London & South East

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to manage the London & South East territory for a quality‑focused medical products supplier. You will own the regional sales forecast, develop existing accounts and generate new business while receiving full support from a Regional Sales Manager and central office team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual sales forecast and plan for London & South East, aligned with company targets.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify and convert new prospects through proactive territory mapping and follow‑up.
• Plan weekly and daily activities to maximise selling time and minimise non‑productive travel.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration, Marketing and Events teams to deliver campaigns and exhibitions.
• Present the full product range to clinical and commercial stakeholders, handling objections confidently.
• Support exhibitions and study days, staffing the stand and engaging delegates.
• Manage product and service issues with Quality and Regulatory colleagues.
• Keep customer and territory data up to date in the ERP/CRM system and produce required reports.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in medical sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong numeracy and data‑analysis skills; comfortable with reporting and forecasting.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while maintaining accurate administration.
• Willingness to travel within the London & South East region and attend national meetings.
