Medical Team Leader (Full‑time, Liverpool)

About the role

Bond Turner is seeking a proactive Medical Team Leader to manage the delivery of medical evidence and records for its Liverpool office. You will oversee a busy team, ensure compliance with GDPR, and maintain high service standards while supporting the wider legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Medicals team and coordinate day‑to‑day workflow.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve high engagement and productivity.
• Ensure all medical instructions are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
• Oversee the request, processing and secure transfer of medical records in line with GDPR and internal procedures.
• Provide guidance on complex queries and act as the primary point of support for the team.
• Monitor performance, identify training needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with file handlers, clients and medical agencies to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Confidence using administrative systems and managing processes.
• Ability to prioritise workload and support a team working to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
