Medical Writer – Remote (Home Based)

About the role
We are partnering with a leading UK medical communications agency to recruit a Medical Writer who will work from home. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality scientific content that meets client objectives across various therapy areas.
Key responsibilities
- Research and write scientific, educational and commercial materials for diverse audiences.
- Edit and verify factual accuracy of all deliverables.
- Ensure outputs align with client briefs, deadlines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
- Provide regular project status updates.
Required profile
- Degree in a scientific discipline such as biology, medicine, genetics or chemistry.
- Proven experience in medical communications or scientific/medical writing.
- Ability to understand and translate complex medical information into clear copy.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment.
