Men's Team Physiotherapist

About the role
The FA Performance Medicine Team is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of physiotherapy services for England's Professional Development Phase (U17–U20). Working closely with the Lead Men's Physiotherapist, you will support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of camps and fixtures, ensuring player health and performance standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily physiotherapy provision for the England PDP (U17‑U20) pathway.
- Coordinate consultant staffing for all fixtures within agreed budgets.
- Align camp communication, logistics and preparation with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support annual and individual camp planning, including player status updates and club communications.
- Deliver and monitor the PPMN curriculum during camps, ensuring practitioners operate consistently.
- Collaborate on strategic direction for the England PDP alongside the Lead Men's Physiotherapist.
Required profile
- Relevant physiotherapy qualification and registration.
- Experience working with elite or professional football players.
- Ability to manage budgets and staffing for multiple fixtures.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with clubs and internal teams.
