Join BrisDoc’s award‑winning Mental Health Integrated Access Partnership as a Call Handler. You will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals experiencing mental health crises, providing compassionate, timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals seeking mental health support.
• Accurately document case details and ensure the clinical team receives all necessary information.
• Follow safety protocols to protect patient well‑being.
• Provide professional, informed responses that make callers feel heard and supported.
• Manage referrals and coordinate seamless care pathways.
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
• Support the Shift Manager in improving team efficiency.
