Mental Health Panel Member (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Mental Health Panel Member to join our expanding mental health law practice. Working fully remotely, you will manage your own caseload while receiving guidance from a senior partner with over 20 years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle independent mental health law files and represent clients at tribunals.
- Collaborate closely with senior partners and the wider legal team.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of client service in mental health cases.
- Participate in training contracts for suitable candidates.
Required profile
- Accredited fee earner, qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload.
- Strong interest in mental health law and client advocacy.
