About the role
We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Lead to join our London office. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑value construction projects across the UK and Europe, supporting commercial fit‑outs, new builds and hotel developments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage external BIM and CAD bureaus to ensure quality and consistency.
- Act as the UK BIM Lead on a variety of projects, providing technical BIM expertise to project teams.
- Review, coordinate and update BIM models as required.
- Support project delivery for contracts exceeding £10 million.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or CAD Manager.
- Strong background in MEP engineering and construction.
- Hands‑on attitude with willingness to modify models directly.
- Experience delivering projects valued over £10 million.
