MEP Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to provide technical and operational leadership of MEP within our Mission Critical portfolio. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality, safe and compliant MEP systems across multiple projects in Ireland and the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for all MEP engineering activities from tender through design, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor project performance, risk and compliance for MEP activities, supporting regional managers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory and contractual MEP compliance and lead investigations of technical incidents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulators, offering strategic advice on MEP solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive senior MEP or building services experience on Mission Critical or Data Centre projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including design, installation and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering; professional membership (CIBSE, IET) desirable.
