MEP Pre-Construction Engineer

About the role

Join one of Europe’s leading international main contractors as an MEP Pre‑Construction Engineer. You will be instrumental in planning and developing major engineering projects before they reach the construction site, working on mission‑critical facilities across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑construction and bid teams on large‑scale MEP projects.
• Review technical documentation, specifications and tender information.
• Assist with cost planning, value engineering and buildability reviews.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, commercial and project delivery teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an MEP Pre‑Construction Engineer, MEP Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer or Building Services Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience on data‑centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing or other major construction projects.
