Merchandiser – Flexible Part‑Time (Cambourne)

About the role

We are looking for a flexible, part‑time Merchandiser to join our team in Cambourne. You will work across a range of local stores, ensuring product displays are attractive, stocked and compliant with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores within a 15‑mile radius to set up and maintain point‑of‑sale displays.
• Replenish stock, audit inventory levels and report any issues.
• Plan efficient routes and manage your own schedule to maximise visit effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure displays stay on‑brand and meet visual merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident personality with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and provide outstanding customer service.
• Residency within 15 miles of Cambourne.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Hourly rate of £14.24 (including holiday pay) plus a £1.14 location allowance.
