MET Technician – Mechanical, Electrical & Trim Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our busy, professional bodyshop in Blackpool. You will remove, refit, repair and replace mechanical, electrical and trim components to manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Remove, refit, repair and replace vehicle mechanical, electrical and trim parts.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Work closely with the bodyshop team to deliver high‑quality repairs.
• Maintain manufacturer standards and a high level of workmanship.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an MET Technician in a bodyshop environment.
• Strong competence across mechanical, electrical and trim work.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle faults and perform repairs efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
