Metal & Jewellery Polisher – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Metal & Jewellery Polisher to join a well‑established jewellery manufacturer in Hatfield. The role involves polishing and finishing a variety of jewellery pieces to the highest standards, supporting a collaborative production team.

Key responsibilities

• Polish and finish jewellery pieces to a high standard.
• Use both hand and machine polishing techniques.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

Required profile

• Previous experience in jewellery polishing, finishing, or a similar precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience using polishing tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
