Metal Polisher – Full‑time Rotating Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Metal Polisher to join our client’s busy production team in Havant. This is a long‑term, full‑time position offering consistent hours and competitive pay. No previous polishing experience is required – experience in any metal environment such as welding, fabrication, sanding or grinding is welcomed.

Key responsibilities

• Polish stainless‑steel components to a professional finish.
• Perform fettling, grinding, deburring and polish out weld seams.
• Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
