About the role
CyberOne is seeking a Microsoft Data & AI Lead to design, implement and optimise data security and AI solutions for enterprise customers. The role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing advisory work, driving secure cloud transformation across the Microsoft Security portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot and Agent 365.
- Lead architecture, design and deployment of Purview solutions that meet customer requirements and best‑practice standards.
- Deliver secure AI engagements using Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Cognitive Services.
- Monitor evolving data‑privacy and AI‑compliance regulations (GDPR, AI Act, HIPAA) and ensure client controls stay aligned.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to engineering teams and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping data security and AI strategies that support business objectives.
- Support presales activities, including scoping, RFP responses and proposal authoring.
- Own CyberOne’s Data Security & AI roadmap and champion thought‑leadership within the organisation.
Required profile
- Extensive hands‑on experience implementing Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot and Agent 365.
- Strong understanding of data protection, governance and relevant regulations (GDPR, PCI‑DSS, HIPAA).
- Proven ability to design and deliver professional and managed services that safeguard client data.
- Excellent consulting, client communication and presentation skills.
