Mid-Level Business Analyst – Technology Integration (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Business Analyst to join a major technology integration programme following a recent acquisition. The role is contract‑based for four months, working on the discovery phase of a 12‑month transformation initiative, with a hybrid working pattern (1‑2 days on site in Birmingham).

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements across technology and IT workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct business process analysis and produce process maps.
• Support application discovery, assessment, testing and migration activities, including SaaS and Azure migrations.
• Analyse datasets and generate reports using Excel and related tools.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of technology change initiatives, including Windows 11 rollout and device deployment projects.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analysis experience within IT, technology and transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements‑gathering, stakeholder‑management and workshop‑facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering large‑scale organisational change and integration programmes.
• Familiarity with acquisition, merger or integration projects is desirable.
